New In-Portal Support Features

Two updates to the Portal now make support documentation easier to search and find, and bring our Customer Success team closer to you than ever.

• The portal search function now includes Support Site results/content!
  • When a word or term is searched in Portal, a link to our Support site will be returned, providing search results in a new tab.
• The Portal Dashboard now includes a "Meet Your Success Team" section, giving you fast access to our top-rated support and product teams! Connect with a team member who can:
  • Help you reach your organization’s goals using LabStats
  • Show you how to use LabStats to its fullest
  • Help with a problem or bug you’re experiencing
  • Discuss renewing your subscription and/or adjusting your deployment to get a more complete picture of your IT environment
  • Discuss your ideas & feedback for the future development of features
